Your promo code can be entered during the checkout process; where there will be a field to enter a gift card/discount code.  

 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

For best care it is recommended that your jewelry is kept from moisture, cosmetics, and cleaning products.  It should be stored in a cool, dry place to prevent it from tarnishing.  It always helps to keep your jewelry clean with a soft cloth or with jewelry cleaner if necessary. 
 

How will my order ship?

Shipping is $7.99 USD to a North American address. Free Shipping with a minimum of a $150 USD purchase to a North American address.

Your orders will ship from Canada, by Canada POST.  Shipping will be with tracking, when possible in your country.  Orders will typically ship within 2 days during the business week, weekends excluded.  Depending on destination, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery.  Customers will be responsible for any customs duties upon receipt, if applicable.  Please note that we cannot send to PO Boxes.  There may be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery time frame.  Please note that once your item has shipped we are unable to re-route its destination.

Does your jewelry arrive boxed or gift wrapped? 

Your order will always arrive in a beautiful Odette branded gift box, ready to be gifted to that special someone, especially if that special someone is yourself.

 

Where is your jewelry from?

All of our jewelry is designed and sourced from dedicated artisans in South Korea, committed to quality and craftsmanship.  Your jewelry will ship from Taiwan where our shipping facility is located.

 

What is your privacy policy?

Your information is never shared or sold to anyone, ever.  All communication with you is to only provide you with an excellent customer service experience.  If you have decided to join our VIP mailing list, we can also provide you with special promotions only available to you.  

 

What is your return policy?

We have a no questions asked return policy, regardless if it is a sale item or not.  Returns are accepted within 21 days of your original order date.  Refunds to your payment method will be released upon receipt of the original merchandise.  We recommend sending your items with tracking.  All returns must be sent in the original box, unworn and in the condition it was received.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.  
We are not responsible for orders that have shipped to an incorrect destination due to customer error.
